Beijing Chuang Yin Tian Cheng Culture and Communications (CYTC) was founded in August 2008 with a registered capital of 3.1 million yuan. Its primary focus is audio production and video production. CYTC currently has over 700 experienced musical composers and voice-over actors who hail from within China and abroad. In 2009 the company was awarded an operating license for television and radio program production from the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT). Since then, it has worked on the sound components of several English-language animated films produced by CCTV for the Cannes Film Festival, garnering widespread praise.
